Shipping Policy & Refund Policy
Carriers Available:
UPS Shipping – Orders currently arrive between 1 to 3 business days once in the hands of UPS. We use UPS Ground OR UPS 2-Day depending on which method is faster. Usually UPS Ground is faster for orders within Florida & UPS 2-Day is faster for orders outside of Florida.
Delivery Days
We ship MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS. This is done currently to ensure maximum product freshness. Daily deliveries are not available at this time.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders must be placed by 12PM (Noon) on Mondays & 12PM (Noon) on Wednesdays to be shipped same day. Orders placed after the cut-off times will be shipped on the nearest following shipping day (Monday or Wednesday.)
Shipping Delays
We appreciate your understanding of any delays in shipping as some carriers are still experiencing delays. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate.
Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. In the event your order requires additional verification, our staff will reach out to you via the phone number or email provided on the order. Please be patient as these procedures are put in place to provide an extra measure of security to both you and our business alike. We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Mama Munchies product at a retail location, or through a website other than www.sipmamas.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we supply to them.
If you purchased from www.sipmamas.com and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 7 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 7 days from when the order was delivered.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently. We will of course, do our best to make sure you have a great experience as a customer of ours.
If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products you must notify us via phone at 954-299-5566 or email at support@sipmamas.com.
The email must contain:
Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”.
A description of what happened.
Photo of the product in question.
Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.
In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US.
We retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
